Xavier Phelps
Undergraduate Research Assistant

Xavier Phelps was an undergraduate research assistant at GMAP and was primarily involved in Project Peer Act!vate in Baltimore. Xavier has previous experience working in social entrepreneurship in Ecuador, where he consulted for small businesses and non-profits in underserved rural areas of the country. Xavier is very excited to gain research experience in the field of mental health and substance use treatment.
